Cairo University.
The Archeology Professor at the University has a quest for you that will ultimately see you having to make your way through the pyramids to reclaim a hidden artefact. This artefact can then be returned to the Professor in exchange for a Certificate of merit that can then be exchanged for a prize worthy of a top Sleuth.
In order to begin your hunt for the artefact you must exchange 4 skill points for a the first half of the map and a clue. The clue will be the name of a Townie in one of the 4 main cities who has the second part of the map.
The Mission.
You must then head off to the city indicated in the clue, in this case Delhi. BUT BEFORE dashing headlong into trying to do a favour for that townie you must visit them first and say University in the general question box.This will update your mission page so that it should now read “Finish a favor for the Concierge in Delhi to complete your map to an artifact in the catacombs beneath the pyramids in Cairo.”
So you head off and after time you will eventually get a favour for the Concierge and hopefully complete it. Once you do the Concierge will hand over the second half of the map:
Back to the Pyramids.
What next? Well it’s back off to the pyramids and in much the same way as the original Cairo quests here you wander through, trying to avoid traps (unless you have Trap Detection) and find the hidden artefact.
The Reward?
Once you
have it you return it to the professor who in reward and recognition of
the days and days you’ve put into doing all the hard work gives you a
rubbish bit of paper…
The Dean.
The Professor spots your disappointment and quickly states:
"Present this certificate to the Dean, and she may let you trade it for a more... practical reward."
So you take his advice and head off to the Dean who will offer to exchange your Certificates for the following rewards:
